What dialling format should I use to send calls?
Please send calls in e164 format as follows: country code + area code + number. e.g. 44123456789
What audio codecs does you support?
We support the G.729 and G.711a codecs as standard. Additionally, let us know your requirements and we will see what we can do to help.
